- It is a National Park.
- Every year 400,000 people reach the top.
- It has attractive lakes and scenery.
- There is a scenic railway ride up and down.
- It has a shop and restaurant at the top.
- It is most popular to go there by car as this is the only way to get right to the bottom - narrow country roads and only a small car park at base.
- Accommodation is normally needed for people who visit Snowdon.
- The cost of B&B is normally great.
- Snowdon is being spoilt - flowers picked, litter dropped, paths are eroded and gates are left open which causes conflict with farmers.
