- Tofu is a good meat alternative which is made by curdling soya milk with calcium sulphate.
- It separates into a solid (curd) and a liquid (whey).
- The curd is called Tofu which needs to be eaten fresh.
- It can be used for burgers, ready meals and ice cream.
