- Good source of protein.
- Meat must be cooked to kill bacteria.
- Raw and cooked meat should be stored separately to avoid cross contamination.
- Meat should be kept on the bottom of the fridge to avoid dripping.
- Vegetarianism is becoming more and more popular.
